Ryan Charbonneau Joins Pierce Parts Sales Team

I am pleased to announce that Ryan Charbonneau has joined Pierce as our new representative in Parts Sales. He brings to Pierce a discipline and customer service experience fostered by his employment with Les Schwab Tire Center and as a former Marine and US Army reservist. He has operated and maintained heavy equipment and is knowlegeable of parts inventory and customer service.

Ryan will assist with daily parts sales activity, as well as assisting with proactive sales/inventory approaches with customer accounts.

Chris Banks Joins Pierce as Field Service Technician

Chris Banks is joining Pierce as a field service technician. Chris’ addition will allow us to serve our customers promptly, as well as be poised to meet the increased service demands required with the GP as well as our existing product lines. Chris’ primary service region is the introduction of the Pacific Northwest to include OR, WA, ID, Western MT, Northern CA as well as some Western Canadian service demands. His focus will be on mechanized forestry products.

Chris is married. He and his wife Renae, along with 8 year old twins live in Chattaroy, WA. He has worked for Rowand Machinery, the John Deere dealer in Eastern WA and ID for 25 years as both a field and shop technician and is already familiar with processing heads and delimbers. He is a trained and certified John Deere construction equipment mechanic. Chris grew up in Pullman, WA and worked on the family farm on the Palouse. He attended Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix, AZ where he earned a diesel degree. He enjoys hunting and fishing.
